Why Bloomington HIPAA?

Bloomington HIPAA is big on privacy and so am I, nevertheless, I would still like to tell you my story and why I do what I do.

Like for most people, family comes first. When a loved one is diagnosed with a brain condition, everything changes. Finding a way to build a life that allows one to be present for their loved one, to care for them, and to give them the time and support they deserve becomes a priority. I am one of the fortunate ones, I have the experience that allows me to make a real difference for people who are often left behind by the traditional tech and healthcare industries.

Having spent 24 years in IT, with 15 years in Enterprise IT and 13 of those years specifically in regulated industries, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming regulations like HIPAA can be. We've all seen how large healthcare systems swallow up small practices, leaving solo practitioners, therapists, independent doctors, and small clinics feeling like they can't survive on their own. The endless paperwork, compliance jargon, and constant threat of regulatory fines make staying independent feel almost impossible.
